About
My research interests are mainly related to how different societal actors distinguish between religion and non-religion. This foundational interest is inspired by the common knowledge within religious studies that 'religion' is a contested category with multiple meanings, a claim that is very often not shared by actors in other areas of society.
My current area of focus is legal systems, a topic I have dedicated both my MA thesis and my current PhD project to, analyzing domestic and international legislation respectively.
